Rising Stars Events -  College Coach

If you are planning on attending one of our events, we need to hear from you. We request that you submit your RSVP information using the College Coach RSVP Form.
 
If you need to talk to us, you can email us at risingstarsevent@aol.com and someone will contact you.  If you prefer to speak with us via phone, please email your contact information.
 
You must be registered with the event to receive event documents at College Coach Hospitality Tent check-in, such as the Showcase Player Profile Book and VIP pass, to receive advance tournament information, and to take advantage of the college coach hotel discounts.
 

Rising Stars Player Information Service is a FREE service for all College Coaches.  All of the players that play in our showcase events and qualifiers will be listed, with their player profile information, on our secure Online Player Profile Database. As a member of our service, you will be able to view their information online at your convenience.  You must register to use this service.
 
If you are not able to attend the tournament, but still want to become a member of our service, please go to Rising Stars Player Information Service and sign up for the FREE college coach membership. You will receive your userID and password via email after your registration is verified.
 

We have made arrangements for special discounted college coach room rates at our local hotels. 
You must complete the Hotel Request Form and then contact our hotel coordinator, Liz Bobb, at either (954) 236-0573 or cleanmastr@aol.com.  All reservations must be received at least 30 days PRIOR  to the showcase tournament.  If wish to room with another coach to split the room expense, please let us know this on the RSVP Form. We will try to match you up with another coach who wants to share.
 
Please keep in mind that the hotels that are providing college coach discount rates are also the hotels that have provided rooms to the teams.
 

We are very happy to announce that the Rising Stars Showcase Tournaments attract the best teams from across the country. Please go to the List of Participants to review the participants in the showcases and qualifiers.
 
We will have teams from every part of the United States, from Florida to Alaska, from California to New York, and from Canada, too. Many of the Nation's top Gold and Class A teams participate. We have gathered a great line-up of recruitable players that represents all levels of play.

The Fall and Winter Showcases officially begins on Friday, but there will also be scrimmage/practice games on Thursday night and possibly Friday morning.  There will be a Rising Stars Recruiting Camp Friday.  Complete game schedules will be online prior to the tournament. All teams will play a minimum of 5 exhibition games.

All coaches are invited to attend the Fall and Winter Showcases and are asked to RSVP so we know you are coming.
 

The Summer Showcase will officially begin Friday  with the Rising Stars Recruiting Camp and practice games.   All teams are offered a minimum of 6 exhibition games.
 
All coaches are invited to attend the Rising Stars Recruiting Camp and the scrimmage/practice games. We will be posting the scrimmage game schedule online prior to the tournament.
 
All coaches are invited to attend the Summer Showcase and are asked to RSVP so we know you are coming.

Qualifying tournaments will begin on Friday afternoon. Optional scrimmage/practice games may also be offered depending on the qualifier. The last round of games will end late on Sunday afternoon. Complete game schedules will be online prior to the tournament. All teams are offered a minimum of 3 exhibition/pool games, and then either single or double elimination.
 
All coaches are invited to attend the qualifiers and are asked to RSVP so we know you are coming.

Rising Stars provides college coaches an additional opportunity to see hundreds of players.  We have come up with an efficient format and have incorporated the latest technology to assist you in your recruiting efforts.  You will receive a recruiting camp booklet that contains player information.   Results from the recruiting camp will be posted online following the event.  The Rising Stars Recruiting Camps are prior to the Fall, Winter & and Summer Showcase tournaments.

All coaches are invited to attend the Recruiting Camp and are asked to RSVP so we know you are coming.

• All teams are offered a minimum number of exhibition games. All games will be scheduled in advance. No elimination games.
• All meals complimentary at Hospitality Tent.
• Scouting areas at each backstop.
• An "all-in-one" Showcase Book with detailed player demographics and schedules.
• National Vendor Tradeshow.
